We would like to congratulate The Independent Herald-- the Business of the Week.
The Independent Herald has served Pineville and Wyoming County since 1910. Their missions is to deliver local news that Wyoming County readers can use through their weekly newspaper and their 24/7 availability via their website and Facebook page. Betty England is their Office Manager and Desiree Martin is their Local Reporter. Names you know and familiar faces. Their new owners, HD Media Inc., will be hosting an open house event at their new office located at 127 Main Street, Pineville, WV on October 19, 2017 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The Independent Herald is open to customers at their Pineville office Wednesday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Our “Business of the Week” program is another opportunity to show our appreciation to Wyoming County businesses for investing in our community. We encourage everyone to buy local as often as possible. Buying local saves jobs and businesses in Wyoming County.
Each week, the Wyoming County Economic Development Authority will select a business who has been nominated and is located in Wyoming County to be chosen as the “Business of the Week”. The business is spotlighted for one business week (M-F). The “Business of the Week” receives: Marketing opportunities with an announcement on our website at www.wyomingcounty.com and our Facebook page.
