Maximize Our Resources This November for National Entrepreneurship Month

Each November marks the start of a very important observance for the Wyoming County Economic Development Authority: National Entrepreneurship Month.

At Wyoming County EDA, we take pride in supporting entrepreneurs and business owners across West Virginia as they pursue their dreams. Whether we’re collaborating with a startup or an existing business’ expansion, we’re committed to doing our part to boost our local and state economy through lending programs, offering professional guidance, and linking entrepreneurs with invaluable services they need to move forward.

Being an entrepreneur takes hard work and dedication, which are both traits we value in economic development and as West Virginians. Over the last 20 years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of business endeavors, both new and existing, through our lending programs, and we feel incredibly fortunate to be part of their success stories.

This month, we want to shine a spotlight on some of the Wyoming County EDA’s most valuable assets and programs that are available for all of your entrepreneurial needs.

Loan Programs

Starting a business is expensive, and little funding can go a long way. Fortunately, we have a variety of loan programs available to our clients, which can support them in purchasing and renovating space, buying much-needed equipment, providing working capital, and more.

For qualifying applicants, we offer the following loan programs:

Like our clients’ needs, our programs are unique. To explore these programs, click links to view each brochure or visit our Loan Information page. If you’re unsure which loan is the best fit for you, call us at 304-732-6707.

Site Selection

It’s important to find the right spot to settle your business’ roots. One resource the Wyoming County EDA offers is our Site Selection service, which helps us identify prospective sites and building locations for future development.
