As important to your business as the “cost of doing business” is to you, the cost of living for your employees are just as important to attract and keep a quality workforce. Southern West Virginia in general offers a lower cost of living compared to other areas of the country as they relate to food, housing, utilities, transportation and health care costs, making our region a prime location.
The John D. Rockefeller IV Industrial Park is located on the Welch-Pineville Road with commercial buildings ranging in sizes from 3,000 square feet to 11,250 square feet. The Industrial Park is currently providing 30 jobs to Wyoming County.
