Basic Loan: Maximum of $5,000,000
Businesses that meet the SBA definition of a small business. Real estate acquisition, equipment, leasehold improvements, inventory and working capital.
SBA Express Loan: Maximum of $350,000 Businesses that meet the SBA definition of a small business. Revolving lines of credit and/or term loans the same as the 7A program. Business must meet SBA’s size standards, nature of business, use of proceeds, credit requirements, and other eligibility factors.
SBA Veterans Advantage Loan: Up to $350,000 Processed under Express; Up to $5M Processed under 7A. Businesses that meet the SBA definition of a small business. Real estate acquisition, equipment, leasehold improvements, inventory and working capital.

Revolving lines of credit and/or term loans the same as the 7A program. Business must meet SBA’s size standards, nature of business, use of proceeds, credit requirements, and other eligibility factors.
International Trade Loan Loan: Up to $5M (SBA guaranteed portion $4.5M) Businesses that meet the SBA definition of a small business. Acquire, renovate, modernize facilities or equipment used in making products or services to be exported. Working capital and to refinance business debts on unreasonable terms.
Export Working Capital Loan Loan: Up to $5M (SBA guaranteed portion $4.5M) Businesses that meet the SBA definition of a small business. Short-term working capital to cover the costs of filling export orders, including ability to support Export Stand-By Letter of Credit.
CAPLines (Working Capital, Contract, Seasonal, Builders) Loan: Up to $5,000,000 Businesses that meet the SBA definition of a small business. Seasonal and/or short term working capital; construction costs; advances against existing inventory and receivables; consolidation of short term debt.
Community Advantage Loan: Up to $250,000 Businesses that meet the SBA definition of a small business. Real estate acquisition; equipment; leasehold improvements; inventory and working capital.
Small Business Innovation Research Grant Phase I: Up to $150,000

Grant Phase II: Up to $1,000,000
Businesses that meet the SBA definition of a small business. Selection is through an RFP process. Research and development; Commercialization of technology, products, or services.

Value-Added Producer Grants Grant: Awarded on a competitive basis. Independent producers, farmers, agricultural cooperatives Planning purposes such as conducting feasibility studies or business plans; or as working capital to help start of expand the operations of a venture.
Rural Energy for America Program Loan Guarantee: Loans cannot exceed 75% of eligible project costs.

Grant: Awarded on a competitive basis. Grants may not exceed 25% of eligible project costs.
Agricultural producers; small businesses Renewable energy projects, energy efficiency improvements and energy audit and renewable energy development assistance.

Leveraged Technology Loan Program Loan: Up to 90% of a bank loan (Not to exceed $500,000) Businesses implementing an innovative technology for manufacturing products or high value services. Funds may only be used for working capital for raw materials, production, inventory, product commercialization, marketing.

Applicant must Partner with an entity located within the state making a financial contribution toward the applicant's match requirement for a collaborative marketing program. Printed material, including the printing of direct mail and travel related literature; Print media; Television and radio; Internet media; Billboards; Production expenses (with some limitations); Website development & design.
Cooperate Advertising Program The program is a dollar-for-dollar match partnership that offers a variety of investment tiers Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO)s, tourism-related businesses, attractions and events, government partners The program will offer a mix of regional and local advertising opportunities, from which partners can choose.
Brochure Distribution through the West Virginia Welcome Centers Brochures, rack cards and publications containing West Virginia tourism services and facilities are eligible for consideration for distribution and display in state Welcome Centers. Detailed requirements can be found here. Free display and distribution services are provided by West Virginia Welcome Centers; the entity providing the brochure is responsible for design and printing costs.
