Notice of Auction

In accordance with West Virginia Code 46-9 et.seq., Notice is hereby given of the sale at auction of certain collateral or personal property as a unit or in parcels pursuant to default declared in the debt owing to the creditor, Wyoming County Economic Development Authority at: The Wyoming County Economic Development Authority located at 506 River Road, Pineville, WV on the 10th day of March, 2023 at 1 :00 pm on a CASH ONLY basis, or upon such terms are arranged by terms at least one (1) hour prior to the sale agreed upon by the Seller.

The sale will include but is not limited to the following item:
2008 Toyota Tacoma
Bids are set at a minimum of $1,000 and all items will be sold “as is” and without seller warranties. Potential bidders or interested persons may appear one (1) hour prior to sale to inspect the property to be sold or to arrange purchase terms therefore. Seller reserves the right to refuse non-competitive bids.
