14th Annual Community Fund Scholarship Fundraiser!

The Wyoming County Community Fund is gearing up for our 14th annual Community Fund Scholarship Fundraiser. As we have in previous years, the Wyoming County EDA will help to host and organize the Scholarship Fundraising events. Funds that are gathered will go towards the Wyoming County Community Fund Scholarships. These scholarships are awarded each spring to Wyoming County Students, traditional or non-traditional, that will attend either Southern WV Community and Technical College or the Wyoming County Career and Technical Center during the fall. Any remaining funds above the designated scholarship amounts are placed into the Wyoming County Community Fund and set aside for projects designed to promote the growth and development of Wyoming County.

Last year, the Community Fund held a Bingo as the Scholarship Fundraiser. The Bingo was successful, and this year we are excited to be hosting once again. Bingo has had an overwhelming success in the past due to generous donations made by businesses such as your own.

We would like to take this opportunity to ask for your sponsorship of our Bingo. Any donation or sponsorship you might be able to give will add to the success of our fundraising efforts. The Bingo will be held September 30, 2023, at Pineville Elementary School. We will be reaching out to businesses in the coming days for their donations and hope you will consider our cause once again.
