We’re excited to provide you with the latest updates on the AmeriCarbon Enterprises, LLC (“AmeriCarbon”) carbon product manufacturing project (website: www.americarbon.com), a cornerstone in our mission to drive economic growth, job creation, and development in Wyoming County. While we’ve encountered some delays typical with development projects, we’re steadfast in our commitment to moving forward and achieving success.
Project Timeline:
As we navigate through the complexities of the project, we understand the importance of transparency. While tentative dates have been outlined for various milestones, including the first advertisement for bids, bid opening, contract award, notice to proceed, and preconstruction conference, we recognize that these dates are subject to change. Given the current circumstances, we aim to be general with the timelines, indicating late Spring/Early Summer for certain milestones and late Summer for the start of construction. These dates have been carefully considered based on our progress and discussions with relevant stakeholders.
Challenges and Commitment:
Adjustments in the project timeline have primarily stemmed from awaiting approval processes. We remain committed to advancing the project and finalizing plans for the next phase of development of the AmeriCarbon facility. Our team continues to work diligently to ensure a smooth progression towards project completion.
Transparency and Accountability:
We want to assure our stakeholders that transparency and integrity are fundamental principles guiding our actions. We are fully committed to keeping you informed of significant developments while respecting the confidentiality of sensitive information. AmeriCarbon’s project remains a top priority for us, and we are fully invested in its success.
Moving Forward:
We remain excited about AmeriCarbon’s potential to positively impact Wyoming County and beyond. Our unwavering commitment, along with the dedication of our team and the momentum generated by AmeriCarbon’s parallel efforts, positions us well to achieve our objectives. We appreciate your ongoing support and patience as we work towards realizing the vision of AmeriCarbon and its partners to create an innovative carbon manufacturing facility in Wyoming County. Thank you for your continued trust in the Wyoming County EDA. Together, we will build a brighter future for our community.
